Cranberry Frappe
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground cloves
  • brown sugar to taste
  • vegan whipped topping (or whipped cream)
  1. Combine all ingredients (except whipped topping) in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with whipped topping and serve immediately.
