Healthy fruit smoothie made with fresh mangoes and bananas.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk, any kind
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- sweetener, to taste
- ice, optional
Peel and chop banana. Cut mango into small pieces. Put in blender together with milk, sweetener, vanilla and ice (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
