Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned Libby's pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 cup each granulated sugar and packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
Instructions
  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix dry ingredients with the oil and pumpkin, stirring until well combined.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly.
  4. Bake Libby's Pumpkin Bread in well greased loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
