Close the lid of the Instant Pot. Set on "Manual" function for 10 minutes ("Porridge" function also works fine). Set the valve to "Sealing".
When cooking is over, press "Keep Warm/Cancel" button and wait for a pressure to drop in a natural way (natural release). It will take 10-15 minutes to cool down. Open the lid and serve your Instant Pot Oatmeal immediately.
