Crazy Dough Pizza Recipe – the best tasting pizza dough from scratch! Mix the ingredients, keep in your fridge or freezer and have on hand whenever you need.
Those of you who have tried my Crazy Dough for Everything (or Universal Dough or Miracle Dough) probably already know that it makes the best pizza dough. I made it so many times I cannot even count.

My oven instructions suggest baking pizza for about 20 minutes at 350 F (175 C). Baking time will depend on how thick is your dough, somewhere between 15 and 25 minutes.
From one whole batch of Crazy Dough you will get 4-5 pizzas (10 inches / 25 cm diameter). If you need to make just one pizza, you will need 1/4 batch Crazy Dough, for two pizzas 1/2 batch Crazy Dough etc.
I’m quite sure you will love this dough and Crazy Dough Pizza might just become your favorite pizza recipe!
See the procedure for making Crazy Dough:

- 1/4 batch Crazy Dough for Everything
- olive oil for brushing
- your favorite toppings (I used Cheddar Swiss, Mozzarella and Feta cheese, pepperoni, jalapeno, black olives, purple onion, ketchup + sriracha sauce, dry oregano)
-
Roll out Crazy Dough to the size of your pan, place in your pizza pan, spread with some olive oil
-
Top with your favorite toppings.
-
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 F (175 C).
Hi, thank you for your recipe. If I make a batch of crazy dough now, how long do I rest it before I bake my pizza?
Thank you!
Pizza dough doesn’t require long proofing time. If you’re in a hurry, you can use it immediately. But if you have some time, I would suggest to rest the dough in a warm place until it doubles in size. You can cover it and put it in a warm (about 120 F / 50 C) oven and it should rise in about 30-60 minutes.
I made the pizza and it was really good! I’ve now made a full batch of the dough and am looking to bake pull apart bread. Thank you!
The other thing i wanted to share is that I’m not able to download your ebook. Please help!
Thanks,
Radhika
Radhika, dowload link for the book was in confirmation e-mail. I sent you the book to your email address.
Thanks for the post. I was wondering if you have made this dough by hand rather than a food processor
Yes, it can be made by hand. You just need to knead it a little bit.
Love this easy receipt for so many loaves of bread. Thank you.
