Easy 30-Minute Dinner Rolls (with Crazy Dough) – it is so quick and easy to make soft and fluffy homemade dinner rolls from scratch: mix-roll-bake! And they taste AMAZING!
I apologize to all of my readers who asked me for this recipe. I planned to publish it long ago, but all kinds of circumstances made me postpone it until now.
Our good old Crazy Dough is great for making dinner rolls. You can make it once, keep it in your fridge or freezer and have fresh baked dinner rolls every night. Also, Crazy Dough Dinner Rolls are an excellent time-saver for holiday family gatherings, like Thanksgiving, where you can make them in advance and just pop them in the oven while guests are already sitting at the table.

This time I needed just 12 dinner rolls for my photography, so I used half of the Crazy Dough batch. You can easily calculate how many rolls you need and how much dough to use.
Crazy Dough is great as it is to make rolls, but I added a teaspoon of yeast more to make them extra fluffy (if you have already prepared the dough, don’t bother adding it, 2 teaspoons of yeast will be enough).
I wanted to make these rolls neutral tasting (similar to white bread). You can add more sugar and salt, to your taste.
TIP: Store completely cooled rolls in a plastic bag.

-
Heat oven to 375 F (190 C) and pop the rolls in. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
-
Remove rolls from oven and brush with melted butter. Serve warm or cold.

I am wondering if I can make these with Gluten Free flour blend.
I think it should work fine. I haven’t tried it, though.
