Roast turkey is the undeniable centerpiece of Thanksgiving (USA) or Christmas (EU) holidays. There are usually plenty of leftovers which gives us excuse to make this juicy Cranberry Cream Cheese Turkey Sandwich, dripping with cranberry sauce.
Toasted bread slices are spread with cream cheese and cranberry sauce and sprinkled with red chili pepper flakes to add a little kick and a nice touch of warmth. Turkey meat is spread with mustard are placed on each bread slice. A lettuce leaf is added and topped with another bread slice spread with mayo.
Cranberry Cream Cheese Turkey Sandwich makes the most of holiday dinner leftovers.

- 8 slices bread toasted
- 8 tbsp cream cheese
- 8 tbsp prepared cranberry sauce
- red chili pepper flakes optional
- 16 slices leftover turkey
- 8 tsp mustard
- 8 tsp mayonnaise
- 8 leaves lettuce

Spread 8 slices of bread with the cream cheese. Then spread with the cranberry sauce and sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes.

Place 2 slices of turkey on each bread slice; spread mustard over the turkey.

Spread remaining bread slices with mayonnaise and top sandwiches with them. Cut Cranberry Cream Cheese Turkey Sandwich in half before serving.
