There is another fun way to enjoy it by turning it into breakfast popsicle. Kids will love this type of breakfast (who can blame them) without even realizing they are eating something healthy.
Breakfast Popsicle is not difficult to make. Put a little bit of granola on the bottom of popsicle mold, pour yogurt mixed with fruit, honey and chia seeds on top of it and freeze.
This is also a great way to prepare your freezer breakfast days or weeks in advance so that you can just grab-and-go on a busy day morning. Or serve it to your kids as a special treat on sunday. Needless to say, Breakfast Popsicle can also be a nice afternoon or post-workout snack or even a light dessert.
