I CANT EAT OATMEAL EVERYDAY. BUT I MADE THIS THE OTHER DAY AND LOVED IT. I MAKE IT EVERYDAY NOW.
Can this be replaced with other fruits? (bananas for peaches)
I believe it can.
I substituted 8 oz frozen berry mix for the banana, used 12 oz vanilla almond milk, and added a scoop of peanut butter. I also used 4 oz preground steel cut oats (raw). My blood sugar was 123 before drinking and 157 two hours after drinking the whole thing.
