Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lb) flour
0,4 l (7 oz) water
20 g (0.7 oz)Â fresh yeast
20 g (0.7 oz) sugar
0,2 l (7 oz) oil
20 g (0.7 oz) salt
Preparation:
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, add a little flour, mix with a wooden spoon and leave in a warm place to rise.
- In another bowl, prepare the sifted flour, water, sugar, oil, salt and add yeast and knead the dough. Allow about 30-40 minutes to rise.
- Knead the dough again, form into desired shape, put in a baking dish and leave again to rise about 50%.
- Bake in 200-220 C (390-420 F) oven for 40 minutes.
