Last week I found a recipe for a cobbler using bisquick…
ingredients were apples, pears, dried apricot ..delicious. But I cannot find my recipe and having been searching the internet to find it again. After placing the fruit in glass dish you bake for approx. 20 min then mix the bisquick and put dollops of bisquick with ??? on top of fruit and back again.
Please help me find the recipe.
Thank you.

apple crisp with apples, apricots, etc.
can you use regular bisquick?
Sure!
I canned apples last fall with no spices, they look soooooo bland. I tried this recipe and the cobbler came out so tasty and the apples were so good. I will make this as the only cobbler for our family from now on!!!
That’s so cool, Mary! 🙂
What size baking dish and how many does this feed?
7 inches (18 cm) diameter, 4 cups (0.9 liters) volume round baking dish. I would say it feeds 4-5 people.
Can the filling be made the night before it’s needed?
Yes, the filling can be made the night before.
