Easy Tiramisu Recipe – easy 5-minutes, no-bake tiramisu recipe without eggs in the filling.

Easy Tiramisu is favorite Italian trifle made of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, layered with a mixture of whipped cream and Mascarpone cheese. You need only 5 minutes to make it. So quick, so easy!

I always make Tiramisu without eggs in the filling (ladyfingers still contains eggs – just a warning for people with allergies) because I don’t like recipes using raw eggs in desserts. The addition of whipped cream makes this delicious treat even lighter.

I’m aware that ladyfinger cookies are not available everywhere, so I shared my recipe for homemade Ladyfingers (Italian Savoiardi biscuits) here:

- 200 g (about 7 oz) ladyfingers* (savoiardi)
- cocoa for dusting

Whip cream, sugar and vanilla. Add Mascarpone cheese and amaretto or rum.

Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Dip enough ladyfingers in coffee to cover the base of a 6×9 inch (15×24 cm; 4 cups volume) square dish. Add a part of the cream mixture and level out. Repeat layers 1 or 2 times, ending with the cream.
-
Cover and refrigerate Easy No Eggs Tiramisu for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa before serving.

I’m making this for Thanksgiving this weekend (I’m Canadian) and I’m looking forward to it very much! I managed to stumble across a marscarpone cheese made specifically for tiramisu that has coffee in it so that should give it a boost. Thank you for the simple but wonderful recipe.
You are welcome 🙂
For this recipe: Is the pan size of 9×6 inches correct? The photo of the completed dessert looks much larger – – more like a 9×13 inch size pan. Please clarify. Thank you~
The dish in the photo really is so small. Camera distorts things and makes them look bigger then they are. Volume of this pan is only 4 cups (950 ml). You can use any other pan that has 4 cups volume. 13 x 9 inch pan has volume of 14 cups (3.3 liters) which means that you would have to triple the recipe.
Hello, I tried your recipe and liked it very much (I’m Turkish)
Hello, Seda! Great to hear from you! I’m happy that you liked my tiramisu.
This is good. I used an 8×8 and it also works but I had 9 oz of ladyfingers. I would also add another teaspoon vanilla next time and double the rum.
When you say whipping cream, are you saying heavy whipping cream in liquid form or more like cool whip?
I use heavy whipping cream in liquid form.
Mine keeps getting cut like cottage cheese. What I’m doing wrong?
Probably over whipping. You turned it to butter
