Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding – easy raw dessert, ideal for Valentine’s Day or any other occasion.
If you follow my blog, you probably know that I made several chia seed recipes. One of the most popular is Coconut Chia Seed Pudding. That is not surprising since chia seed puddings are not only healthy, but also very easy to make. You just combine all ingredients and let them soak for about an hour or longer, even overnight, and your dessert is ready.

This Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding is meant to be a little fancier, but still equally simple. Chocolate chia pudding is poured into serving glasses, then cherry chia pudding is poured on top of it. It is garnished with whipped topping (or whipped cream) and shaved dark chocolate with a cherry on top. It can be vegan or not, depending on whether you’re using dairy or non-dairy milk.
I think this is an excellent fast, no-cook, no-bake, raw dessert ideal for Valentine’s Day as well as any other occasion, festive or everyday.
