You need just 5 simple ingredients to make these cookies. Peanut butter, brown sugar, baking soda, egg and vanilla. Cookies bake in only 7-10 minutes. You should let them cool on a baking sheet. Since they don’t have flour, when they’re hot, they are so delicate that they may fall apart. When they cool down, their consistency will be perfect.
This recipe also lets you be creative. You can add some chocolate chips or toffee chips to the dough before baking.

So I’m a bit confused. Your recipe says there should be about 24 servings. If I rolled the balls into the size of quarters I might end up with about 20. Did you get the serving amount incorrect or am I doing something wrong?
This is just an approximate number. Every time I get a different number of cookies.
Loved this recipe! Thanks 🙂
Oh my goodness! You have made my 2019 already. I love finding a recipe that ticks the gluten free box without tasting gluten free. So good that I’ve shared this to facebook <3
Could I sub the brown sugar with maple syrup and how much?
How do you think these would work with natural peanut butter?
It should work well.
