Not only is this a quick and easy graham cracker pie crust, it is also a healthy LOW FAT pie crust recipe. You can use it for pretty much any kind of sweet pie or cheesecake.
- 1 1/2 cups (250 g) graham cracker crumbs (digestive biscuits)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- 3-6 Tbsp milk
- sweetener to taste
Process biscuits in a food processor into fine crumbles.
Add oil and enough milk (the quantity of milk depends on the kind of crackers you are using) for crumbles to come together, but not to be soggy, and process again.
Transfer into a pie pan. Press crumbs firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.
Proceed with the pie according to your recipe.
