1/2 l (2 cups) milk
150 g (5 oz) sugar
50 g (1.7 oz) chocolate (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 l (1/2 cup) heavy cream, whipped
- Scald milk, chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Stir slowly into milk mixture. Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat. Chill. Fold in whipped cream.
- Put in freezer.
