- 235 ml whipping cream 1 cup
- 235 ml milk 1 cup
- 80 g powdered sugar 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine whipping cream, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Put in a freezer for about 30 minutes to chill completely.
Transfer to your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
