This easy recipe for mango pudding uses fresh mango blended together with banana and whipped topping (or cream). It can also be made with frozen or canned mango. The pudding is so thick that you don’t need to use gelatin at all.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp rum, optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp raw cane sugar or honey or other sweetener
- 2 Tbsp whipped topping or whipped cream, optional
Peel and slice mango. Put it in a blender together with all banana, rum, vanillla and sugar or sweetener and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with whipped topping.
