I have never tried putting egg whites into oatmeal before, and I was a little bit scared to do it. Egg whites are a good source of protein to help diabetics balance their blood sugar, which is especially important in the morning. So, I tried making Brianne’s chocolate oatmeal pudding with Mexican spices, and I must admit it was pretty good. You can add some more milk if you like thinner oatmeal.
