2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Muscovado sugar (or more to taste)
a pinch of salt
a dash of nutmeg (optional)
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
- Gradually add milk to make a smooth batter.
- Beat batter adding melted butter.
- Fry in a non stick skillet with cooking spray.
