Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup water
1 egg or 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation:
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt butter in frying pan. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, water and egg. Stir into the dry ingredients.
- Cook the pancakes on both sides.

This was reallllllly good!!! I was a bit skeptic but it turned out fluffly! and my kids loved it, as a late afternoon snack lol. I will use this as an emergency when I don’t have much milk! Thanks!
