Peach Crumb Bars (or slices) are an easy dessert made by combining the peach pie with a crumb cake. A delicate crumb base supports a peach and cinnamon filling topped with another layer of crumb dough. This sweet, moist and fruity bar cookies are a perfect way to enjoy peaches while they’re in season.
The taste of Peach Crumb Bars reminds of Peach Cobbler or peach pie.

Is the 12 tsp of baking powder a mistake? Also, can you convert the grams in cup measurements please?
Yes, it was a mistake. It should be 2 tsp baking powder.
Could canned peaches be used?
Sure!
