1 homeade pie crust
3-4 cups canned peach pie filling
2 tablespoons butter
- Pour peach filling into pastry lined pie pans. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in top crust to let the steam out. Lightly brush top crust with water and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in 220 C (425 F) preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
