- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 Tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
- Tablespoon sweetener equivalent to 1 sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ice cubes (optional)
Put all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
