Banana Yogurt Oatmeal Smoothie - a complete meal and a dessert in a glass
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (or baked)
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 cups ice
- 1 Tbsp cocoa (optional)
Put bananas, yogurt, oatmeal and almonds blender. Add ice and blend on high until smoothie thickens, about 30 seconds.
For chocolate banana smoothie add cocoa and pulse a few times.
I was inspired by this recipe, but decided to try adding some cocoa to get chocolate banana smoothie. It is a complete meal and a dessert in a glass. Yum!
