Weather forecast says we could expect more snow in next few days. So, this is an excuse to make a large cup of salted caramel Chai Tea Latte (not that we need an excuse).
The recipe is simple: cook tea with spices, warm milk brown sugar and caramel sauce. Combine both liquids and serve with whipped cream. At first glance it may seem that there are lot of spices used, but they are not so strong tasting. If you’re sensitive to powdered spices, you may strain the liquid in the end.
Chai Tea Latte, with addition of salted caramel sauce, can both warm you and comfort you on a frosty winter day or night.

It sounds wonderful and I’m not even a tea drinker but I’m tempted!
Try it, maybe you’ll convert 🙂
One of our most favorite treats. To give it a little kick mid-day, sometimes I’ll add a shot of espresso. Honey or vanilla coffee creamer is also good in place of the granulated sugar and goats milk. A GREAT night time drink before bedtime.
Awesome!
Yep, this is definitely calling my name! That caramel and the spices, brilliant!
Thanks!
