Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk, any kind
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- sweetener, to taste
- ice, optional
Instructions

Peel and chop banana. Cut mango into small pieces. Put in blender together with milk, sweetener, vanilla and ice (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
If using frozen mangos (pre-chopped) from the store, how much do I use? Thanks!
I’m not sure. I would start with 1 cup chopped mangos and then add some more, if it is necessary. If smoothie turns out too thick, I would add some more milk.
