It is commonly taken with lunch. Lassi should be creamy and not too thick, neither too thin, but you can adjust the thickness according to your taste, of course.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mangoes peeled and chopped, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- sweetener to taste
- a pinch of ground cardamom optional
- ice optional
Instructions

Blend mangoes, yogurt, milk and sweetener until smooth.

Add ice and cardamom powder and blend until combined. Add some water if you like thinner lassi.

Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
