Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie – like drinking a healthy pumpkin pie.
I’m totally in love with this Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie. The taste is so divine I believe I’m mildly addicted to it. It tastes better than drinking pumpkin pie and is very healthy for you – full of fiber, vitamins A and C and antioxidants. I’ve also tried it with some orange, apple and pineapple juice instead of almond milk and it was incredible. But you can keep it simple, if you wish.
Thick and creamy Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie can be served as a filling liquid breakfast or a healthy afternoon snack.

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Garnish Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie with some crushed graham crackers and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice (optional).
As a 73 year old who has never tasted pumpkin I will have to try this smoothie. It looks tasty and would also (I think) suit my Vegan daughter so we shall try it together. Thank you for recipie.
You are very welcome! I hope you and your daughter will love this smoothie. 🙂
Do you use the can pumpkin? or do you use fresh raw pumpkin that you puree yourself?
I used fresh pumpkin that I baked, then pureed myself. Sometimes I steam the pumpkin instead of baking it. You can also use canned pumpkin. I have never tryed eating it raw.
