Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- pinch ground nutmeg
- cloves pinch ground
- pinch all spice
- brown sugar to taste
- vegan whipped topping (or whipped cream if you prefer)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except whipped topping and orange zest) in a blender, and process until smooth.

Garnish with whipped topping and orange zest. Serve immediately.
