This is an old drink that my grandmother used to make from her raspberry syrup (made from fresh raspberries she picked in her garden) and white wine (she made in her own vineyard) mixed with some seltzer water. She served it in her small inn, and her customers called the drink “Mussolini” (I have no idea why).
She would give the spritzer to us kids as well, but then she would use raspberry syrup and seltzer with only few drops of white wine.

- 4 Tbsp raspberry syrup
- 1 cup white wine*
- 1 cup seltzer

Combine raspberry syrup, white wine and seltzer. Pour Raspberry White Wine Spritzer into serving glass.
