Recipe for Baked Boneless Chicken Breast makes this favorite chicken dish much lower in fat than it would be if it was fried.
Chicken fillets are dipped in melted butter and rolled in dry bread crumbs (I suppose you could use Panko breadcrumbs as well) and then baked in hot oven. Crispy breaded boneless chicken is much healthier and tastier meal for your kids than frozen fried chicken or chicken nuggets made from processed meat.

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
In a plate, combine dry bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Put melted butter in a shallow dish. Dip chicken breast fillets into melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in buttered or oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350 F (175 C) oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
