Glazed Boneless Pork Loin Chops are certainly favorite food of many people. Rubbed with brown sugar, aceto balsamico and spices blend marinade, then fried on a grill (or regular) pan or skillet, they get dark caramelized sweet and sour glaze. Some cayenne pepper may be added for an extra kick.

Glazed Boneless Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar aceto balsamico
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- a pinch of smoked paprika optional
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar with balsamic vinegar and spices. Rub the chops with the mixture. Brush with olive oil on both sides.

Heat your grill pan (or regular pan). Fry pork chops for 5 minutes on medium heat for about 5 minutes per side (thicker chops will take about 8-10 minutes per side).

Turn the heat off, cover the pan and let chops sit for 8-10 minutes. You can deglaze the sauce, if you like, and pour it over chops.
