120 g (4 oz) unsalted butter
180 g (6 oz) sieved icing sugar
1-2 tbs lemon juice
1-2 wine glasses brandy
- Cream together the butter and the icing sugar.
- Add lemon juice and brandy gradually. Place in the refrigerator until needed.
- Serve with Christmas pudding and mince pies.
How many ounces or tbsps are in wine glass? Most recipes I’ve seen for hard sauce include about 2 tbsp of liquor but I would think a “wine glass” would be more than that
