5-Minutes Dragon Noodles with No-Cook Sauce – super quick and easy to prepare, Asian style noodles with hot sauce!
I’ve seen recipes for hot Dragon Noodles on several sites like BudgetBytes, Delish etc. Base of the recipe is noodles with hot sauce, but other ingredients vary a lot, from eggs to chicken, sauteed vegetables, julienned raw vegetables etc. Variations are endless and everybody can choose which ingredients he/she prefers.
My intention was to create a recipe that requires no cooking for the sauce. The only cooking needed is for noodles. If you have leftover noodles, they can be used as well. You may need to reheat them if you want warm dish. For cold, more salad-like dish, you may use cold noodles as well.
My recipe has more of Thai then Chinese flavor. I used lime juice, spicy peanuts, honey and some Thai sweet soy sauce.
Any type of noodles can be used for this recipe: egg noddles or ramen, udon, rice noodles, spagheti or any other type of pasta.
Instead of sauce, I used blend of soy sauce, Oyster sauce and sweet Thai soy sauce (Ketchup Manis). You can use just one of these or all of them together.
For heat, I used Asian sweet and hot sauce mixed with Sriracha sauce. Even red pepper flakes can be used instead. Adjust the amount according to your taste.
Since 5 minutes are all you need to prepare this dish, you can enjoy a bowl of hot Dragon Noodles whenever you have craving form something filling and spicy! See for yourself by clicking PLAY button on video below:

Totally agree with Victoria. Thank you and have a pleasant day !
The. Sriracha sauce and cilantro really intensified the flavor to make a delicious dish. The next time I make it I’ll add coconut amino my sister brought me to try.
Interesting! Let me know how it turned out. I haven’t tried amino yet.
Made dragon noodles for the second time, used coconut amino in place of the soy sauce.the coconut amino intensified the sweetness of the dish.
That sounds great! Than you for letting me know!
