Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Tbsp about 1 . water
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl. Mix until it all comes together in a ball. The dough should be as dry as possible.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces. Cover, and let stand for 30 minutes to relax.

Roll out dough by hand with a rolling pin, or use a pasta machine. Cut into desired width and shapes. Toss with flour to dry on a baking sheet.
boiling time?
It depends on how thick and how dry your pasta is. If you’re using fresh pasta immediately after you made it, it will take just a 2-3 minutes. Dry pasta will take a bit longer. The only way to know it for sure is to taste it while it’s cooking to see if it is cooked to your liking.
Can you dry it in a dehydrator?
I suppose you can.
