Pizza Dough Without Yeast - Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons butter, 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 – 1 1/2 cup milk
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add water and butter. Mix to combine. (You can use food processor)
Turn the dough on a well floured surface. Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball with a rolling pin.
Place the dough on pizza pan and cover with toppings. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
