- 2 pound of Calamari
- 2 cups flour
Clean calamari and cut into rings .
Heat oil to 375 degrees.
Toss calamari with flour, shake off excess.
Fry for 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges, garlic mayo, and marinara sauce.
A beautiful dish to serve for the feast of the seven fishes on Christmas eve.
