You can make your own tasty and Healthy Pita Bread Chips in just 10 minutes: just cut pita bread into triangle shape parts, brush them with some olive oil, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and bake in the oven.
Savory pita hips are sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, chopped rosemary leaves or sesame seed. For sweet pita chips you can use cinnamon or gingerbread spice for sprinkling.

- 4 healthy pita breads
- cup about 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- OPTIONAL SEASONING: salt, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, chopped rosemary leaves, garlic powder, sesame seed, Parmesan cheese

Brush the top of a pita breads with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and other seasonings of your choice.

Cut the pita in eight wedges, and place them on the oiled baking sheet. Let the pita chips bake for about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of pita bread, or until chips are golden brown and crisp. Be careful not the burn the chips.
