Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflowe, cut into small florets
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- a pinch of nutmeg
- salt, ground black pepper
Instructions

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until it’s tender. Drain.

Add milk and butter and puree with hand blender until smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
