Sriracha Mayo – creamy mayonnaise and hot sauce lightened up with Greek yogurt.
Today I’m sharing with you an easy recipe for Sriracha Mayo – a mayonnaise infused with Sriracha hot sauce. It is lightened up with addition of Greek yogurt which makes this dip/dressing lower in fat.
Main ingredients of Sriracha sauce, Thai dipping sauce which is constantly gaining in popularity, are chili peppers paste, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. When combined with creamy mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice and lime zest, it turns into a thick, smooth and spicy must-have pantry essential.
Sriracha Mayo may be used with a very large palette of food – from burger, chicken or tofu to seafood like salmon, tuna, shrimp, mussels, fish tacos, or sushi. It can be used as a salad dressing for pasta salad or cole slaw, a spread for sandwiches, grilled cheese and deviled eggs or a dipping sauce for vegetables like sweet potato fries, avocado and corn.
It is pretty easy to predict that Sriracha Mayo is going to be a new go-to condiment.
