Cucumber Dill Greek Salad, or Tzatziki salad, consists of thinly sliced cucumbers with a dressing resembling famous Tzatziki dip. It is a mixture of Greek yogurt and sour cream with lemon juice (or white vinegar), minced garlic and chopped fresh dill.
Refreshing and cooling, Cucumber Dill Greek Salad is best served with grilled meat, like gyros, or any other grilled dish.

I love zatziki sauce. I usually put it on gyro meat, this time I dipped cucumber, tomatoes, grilled green pepper and onions to make a veggie pita sandwich.
