Watermelon Smoothie
Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients
  • 2 cups watermelon chunks seeded
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (Immersion blender will also do a good job.)
  2. Serve immediately.
