1small red bell peppercut into thin strips
1/2cupfrozen green peas
4tspall-purpose flour
1 1/2cuplow-fat evaporated milk
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ham, garlic, red bell pepper and peas. Cook until pepper is soft, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and stir in evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 3-5 minutes or until thickened and flour is cooked.
Toss cooked pasta with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
