ZLEVANKA - Sweet Croatian Cornbread

Ingredients
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup sugar 15 Tbs
  • 2 cups corn flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sunflower oil or canola oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 kg (1 lb 2 oz) cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix together eggs and sugar.
  2. Add corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sour cream, oil, milk, cottage cheese and vanilla.
  3. Pour into a large oiled baking tray.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 C (350 F).
