  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk (for thick smoothie use just 1/2 cup milk)
  • 1 Tbsp honey or other sweetener
Instructions
  1. In a blender container, combine kiwi, banana, milk and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
