Kiwi Jam
Kiwi Jam - mashed kiwi, banana, lemon zest, cinnamon and sugar.

Ingredients

kiwis
peeled and chopped

ripe bananas
mashed
2 1/2
cups
sugar
1/4
tsp
lemon zest
1/4
tsp
cinnamon

powdered pectin
Instructions
Put kiwis, bananas, sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon into a large pot and heat over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons of the sugar with pectin and sprinkle on the kiwis. Boil for another 3 minutes.
Fill the jars and seal them. Store in the fridge for up to three weeks (or in the freezer for up to a year).
