Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • cloves pinch ground
  • pinch all spice
  • brown sugar to taste
  • vegan whipped topping (or whipped cream if you prefer)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except whipped topping and orange zest) in a blender, and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with whipped topping and orange zest. Serve immediately.
