Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 Tbsp rum, or to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp whiskey, or to taste
- 1 1/2 cup whipped cream
- ground nutmeg
Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat some more.

Beat egg-yolks with 1/4 cup sugar. Slowly pour the yolks into the whites.

Carefully stir in milk, rum, whiskey and whipped cream.
