Russian Salad Recipe II

Ingredients
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 4 medium eggs, boiled
  • 1 pound boiled meat (poultry, veal, beef or ham)
  • 1/2 pound green peas
  • 2-3 medium dill pickles, cut into squares
  • salt to your taste
  • 1/2 pound mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes and carrots. Let cool.
  2. Chop potatoes, carrots, eggs and meat. Add dill pickles and green peas and salt.
  3. Stir mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the salad and refrigerate for 2 hours.
